Instructor
Dixon S. Hall is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU), and a fellow with the Life Underwriter Training Council (LUTCF). He has earned
the designations Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Personal Insurance
(API), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), Associate Insurance Management (AIM), Associate
in Underwriting (AU) and the certificate in General Insurance awarded by the Insurance
Institute of America. He has the BS and MA degree in Business Education and School
Administration. He is a multi-line agent. He is member of the Society of Financial
Service Professionals, the National Speakers Association, the Carolina Speakers Association,
The United Methodist Church and the Monroe Civitan Club. He has been a community college
president, community college trustee and a Mayor.
About the Faculty
Dixon Hall is a former community college president and trustee. He has 40-years teaching
experience and is a multi-line agent with Farm Bureau Insurance Companies. He has earned
these designations: AAI, AU, AIS, API, AIM, ChFC, CLU, and LUTCF. He has two degrees from
East Carolina University. He is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and Central
United Methodist Church. Dixon is the author of a textbook titled: Long-Term Care published
by ABLE, Incorporated.
